What pole?

Feature...not just function

Here at Walcot House we are firm believers that curtain poles can be a stunning interior feature, not just a functional hanging system.  We have a range of beautiful high quality curtain poles to complement your interior, whatever your chosen design scheme.

Our poles range from chic super skinny metal poles to natural stained wooden poles for cosy country style warmth...

Making a statement? Use a chunky 50mm pole coupled with a stunning finial and full curtains.  Handy tip - position the pole high and let the curtains pool on the floor for an even more luxurious look.

Add a splash of colour to bring an element of fun to your interior.  Get creative with our pick of hand dyed twine finials in a varied colour palette...perfect for play rooms, kitchens, or children's bedrooms. Team with our real stainless steel or acrylic curtain pole sets for a high quality window dressing, suitable to support heavy curtains or drapes.

Measuring Guide

What curtain pole length do I need?

Walcot House measuring guide for curtain poles

Measure the width of your window (cm)

Add a minimum of 15cm either side, preferably more, but for full curtains or wide windows allow at least 25cm if you have the room, excluding finials (decorative pole ends).

Choose a stock length or cut to size yourself for non standard lengths (we promise it's really easy!)
Helpful tip: Ensure there is room for your finials beyond the ends of your pole.
