WHY WE DID IT
We’ve set up this new website to better serve our wholesale and regular customers.
WHAT IT MEANS FOR YOU
In short - a far superior, speedy, accurate customer service.
ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGESUse the website as a showcase for your customers:
INEVITABILITY OF THE INTERNET
The rising tide of the internet has inevitably swept us up, but the Walcot team are still here at the end of the phone when you need us.
WHERE WE’RE HEADING
We will continue to expand the 'shop by component' section of the site and add more of our very specialist and technical products. For our regular customers we review account activity on a quarterly basis and offer greater discounts where we can, but please get in touch if you would like to discuss.
HOP ON BOARD
I do hope you’ll join us in this leap of faith and embrace the advantages of technology. We’ve decided it’s the way forward in this rapidly changing landscape. Join us and register now for a trade account.
WANT TO BE ADDED TO OUR DESIGNER OR FITTER LIST?
You need to be regularly ordering from us and preferably have some sampling and a lot of expertise on the product range to qualify. We plan to focus digital marketing efforts on driving consumer enquiries to our local partners where they will receive a far better service than we could ever hope to give. More often than not, these enquirers need a host of interior design services not simply a curtain pole. We welcome interaction on our social media accounts (Instagram preferably) and would encourage anyone to follow us so we can reciprocate and help promote wherever we can. It's also a good tool for feedback on service and new products in the pipeline. We greatly value the sense of community and support that is developing. Follow us on Instagram
